Who we are

The Site is operated by "Nofar's Studio", Nofar Avnin Levi. For any question about these terms or about privacy you can reach us through the About page or any of the contact channels listed on the Site.

Registration and account

Some features of the Site, in particular generating and saving designs, require you to register or sign in (including sign-in via third-party providers such as Google).

By registering you confirm that the details you provide are accurate, that you are at least 16 years old (or have parent/guardian consent), and that you will not let anyone else use your account.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity that takes place under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

User-generated content

The Site lets you enter a text description ("prompt") and generate punch needle patterns based on it. The patterns and designs you create are saved to the Site automatically.

Important: designs created on the Site may be visible to the general public in the designs gallery and on various pages across the Site, unless explicitly marked as "private" (where that option is available for your design). By creating or uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce and distribute that content as part of operating and promoting the Site.

You represent that the prompts and designs you submit do not infringe any third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, privacy and dignity), and do not contain unlawful, offensive, racist, sexually explicit, violence- or hate-inciting, or otherwise prohibited content.

We reserve the right to remove any content at any time, without prior notice, if in our judgment it violates these terms or harms the Site or its users.

Pattern generator and usage limits

The pattern generator relies on third-party AI models. Its outputs are automatic and may contain errors or fail to meet your expectations. We do not guarantee continuous availability or any specific result.

The Site may enforce daily generation limits per user (tokens). These limits may change from time to time at our sole discretion.

Intellectual property

All rights in the content created by us (system copy, Site design, graphics, studio photography, videos, logo and trademarks) are reserved to Nofar's Studio. You may not copy, distribute, sell or make commercial use of this content without our prior written consent.

Rights in the designs you create remain yours, subject to the license described in the "User-generated content" section.

No warranties and limitation of liability

The Site is provided on an "AS IS" basis, with no representation or warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may result from your use of the Site, from the outputs of the pattern generator, or from any user content displayed on the Site.

We do not guarantee that the Site will operate without interruptions, bugs or security issues, or that any specific content will be preserved indefinitely.

Changes to or discontinuation of the service

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Site or any part of it (including deleting inactive accounts or designs, or content that violates these terms) at any time, at our sole discretion.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv–Jaffa district will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site or these terms.
